"Village at Solitude, Utah" is a ski mountain resort that is less than forty minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The nearest town is only about twenty minutes away down the mountain. Imagine yourself in a small, intimate village with a European flair that lets you ski in - ski out on the Greatest Snow on Earth. The powder is so light that you don't even know it's there! Get ready to enjoy the best, whether it's alpine, Nordic, telemark, or snowboarding.
The unit is located on the fourth floor in the Powderhorn lodge, when fabulous mountain and slope views, just a two-minute walk from the chair lifts.
Our two-bedroom/ two bathroom condo has a fully equiped kitchen,
a living room with stone fireplace, a private balcony, dining area, a sleeper/sofa in the living room, a "master" bedroom with a king-sized bed, a very large second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sitting/TV area with a sleeper/sofa and two full baths.
This unit is larger than the standard 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. A separate entrance to the large second bedroom and bathroom allows that part of the unit to be locked off if desired. This floor plan is perfect for a family that
needs a little extra space or privacy. High speed internet access is included, as well as cable television with several movie channels, VCR and DVD and an iPod docking station with built-in speakers.

The Powderhorn lodge is located at the heart of the village with easy access to restaurants, stores, and clubs. After a full-day's worth of activities, you will probably want to relax in the outdoor hot tub right at the Powderhorn Lodge or use one of the livelier hot tubs next door with the adjoining heated swimming pool. The lodge itself has a wealth of amenities, including laundry room, ski lockers, underground parking. The first floor of Powderhorn Lodge has a beautifully appointed lobby area with lots of comfortable seating around a large blazing fire - perfect for meeting other guests or relaxing with your friends. If you and your company want something more active you can always go next door to Club Solitude (a one minute-walk) to play pool, video games (XBox), fooz ball, or watch a movie in the theatre, or check-out some books or board games to bring back to the unit. If you want to exercise, you have the choice to go to the Health Club and use the exercise equipment. There are saunas and showers in the locker rooms at the Club. With everything you need within walking distance, your car will stay clean in the underground garage until the day you leave.
The Summer/Fall Season is from May 1st to November 13th. Price per night is $149.
The Value Winter Season is from November 14th to December 18th and from April 1st to April 30th. Price per night is $269.
The Winter Season is from January 3rd to March 31st except for the dates below. Price per night is $345.
Holiday dates are from December 19th to January 2nd and from January 15th to 18th and February 12th to 20th. Price per night is $459.
One third of rental is required as deposit at booking and full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $400 is needed for all rentals. Rental rates include linens and cleaning. The Utah lodging tax rate is 11.6%. All rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
